By using this website and booking our services, you agree to the following:

Booking & Retainers: A non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure any date. No date is held without both.
Payment Schedule: Final balances are due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If an event is cancelled, the retainer is forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a re-booking fee.
Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides a safe, covered area with a dedicated 15-amp power circuit within 25 feet of the setup area.
Liability: Epic DJ is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including power outages, extreme weather, or equipment failure due to venue conditions. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
